A note on purchase and resolution

General

Each work is created with care, and handled with equal attention as it leaves the studio.

Due to the nature of original artworks and made-to-order limited edition prints, all sales are considered final.

Framed works are considered made-to-order and prepared specifically for each collector.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Australian Consumer Law.

Availability

All works are offered subject to availability.

In the rare event that a piece becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be notified promptly and offered a full refund or an alternative, where appropriate.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your work arrives damaged, or does not arrive, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Where possible, include clear photographs of the artwork and packaging.

Each situation is considered individually and with care.

A replacement, repair, or refund will be offered where appropriate.

Where a work has been professionally framed, any concerns relating to the frame will be assessed in collaboration with the framing provider to determine an appropriate resolution.

Colour & Representation

Every effort is made to represent the work accurately.

However, slight variations in colour, tone, and texture may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and the nature of materials.

These variations are part of the experience of viewing and collecting artwork online.

Shipping Context

All works are carefully packed and shipped from Marlborough, New Zealand, with delivery available to New Zealand, Australia, and international destinations upon request.

Shipping timeframes, costs, and customs responsibilities are outlined in the Shipping & Care information provided at the time of order.

For international collectors, arrangements are confirmed individually prior to dispatch.
