By accessing this website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
──────────────────────
General
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this website.
Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of those changes.
──────────────────────
Artworks and Representation
Each artwork is created through a layered, mixed media process. Variations, textures, and subtle irregularities are an inherent and intentional part of the work.
We take great care to present all works as accurately as possible. However, colours and tones may vary slightly depending on your screen, device, and lighting conditions.
All images are for illustrative purposes. Any styling, framing, or interior context shown is not included unless explicitly stated.
Where multiple prints or artworks are shown in an image, this is for display purposes only. Each purchase is for a single artwork or print, unless otherwise specified.
──────────────────────
Limited Edition Prints
Limited edition prints are produced in small, defined quantities. Once an edition is sold out, it will not be reproduced.
Each print is made to order and created specifically once your order has been placed.
Prints are signed, titled, and numbered by the artist.
──────────────────────
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in NZD and are subject to change without notice.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers integrated with Squarespace.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel or refuse any order if necessary.
──────────────────────
Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
All works are subject to availability at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unforeseen issues with availability.
You agree that all information provided at checkout is accurate and complete, and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
──────────────────────
Framing Services
Framing is offered as an optional service and is completed by a professional third-party framer, Moot Point Studio, based in Marlborough, New Zealand.
All framing is made to order and tailored to the selected artwork. As such, slight variations in materials and finish may occur.
Where framing is selected, additional production time may apply prior to dispatch.
While we work closely with trusted partners to ensure a high standard of craftsmanship, framing is carried out by an independent provider.
Any issues relating specifically to framing will be assessed in collaboration with the framer to determine an appropriate resolution.
